This broad sightseeing tour visits temples, monasteries, markets, farm houses, schools and museums. After a drive through the beautiful countryside you will explore the many cultural highlights of Thimphu. The drive to Trongsa traverses over high mountain passes affording incredible views of the high Himalayan peaks. Continue to the spiritual heartland of Bhutanm the Bumthang Valley where you will visit sacred sights and memorable landmarks.

Day 1 Arrive Paro – Thimphu . O/N hotel. (LD)
 Upon arrival meet and transfer to Thimphu.
Day 2 Thimphu (BLD). O/N hotel
 Visit Memorial Chorten, National Library, Painting school, Handicraft shop. Tashichodzong, Folk Heritage and National Textile Museums
Day 3 Trongsa (BLD) O/N Lodge
 Morning drive to Trongsa via Dochula Pass (3088m)
 Get a good view of the Eastern Himalayan Ranges.
 Cross Pelela Pass (3300m), enroute visit Chendeji Chorten before reaching Trongsa
Day 4 Bumthang (BLD) O/N Lodge
 After B/F, visit Tongsa Dzong & drive to Bumthang across Yutang La Pass (3400m). After Lunch, visit Kurje Lhakhang, Jambay Lhakhang, Tamshing Monastery, Jakar Dzong, or stroll in the village & perhaps take refreshments at local restaurant
Day 5 Punakha (BLD) O/N hotel
 Explore valley of Bumthang; stop at Tongsa for lunch
 Visit Wangduephodrang Dzong enroute to Punkha
Day 6 Paro (BLD) O/N Hotel
 Visit Punakha Dzong. Afternoon, proceed to Paro,
 enroute visit Simtokha Dzong, the oldest in Bhutan
Day 7 Paro (BLD) O/N Hotel
 Full day sightseeing including morning visit to Ta
 Dzong, Paro Dzong. After lunch, drive up valley to
 Drukgyel Dzong & Kyichu Lhakhang.
Day 8 Depart Paro- Bangkok (B)
Terms O/N – overnight,B/F – breakfast,  Alt - Altitude
