The majestic Mount Datuk is also known as Mount Rembau. It was here in the 18th century that the Penghulu Rembau signed an agreeing to join forces against the Dutch who at that time were controlling Malacca. This mountain, 2,900 feet above sea level, is a favorite for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Situated at the end of Titiwangsa Mountain Range, it holds many treasures of the natural tropical rainforests. The panoramic picture can only be rivaled with the view from the peak of the mountain. This picturesque scene is definitely a sight to behold. Be certain that many artists and poets will be inspired by this display of vast greenery, an indescribable portrait of nature in all its wonders and splendours.

Day 1 SIN-Datuk-Malacca (trail lunch)
5.00 am Assemble and depart with own breakfast in Tampin
10.00 am Arrive base and start of climb
12.00 noon Arrive summit and enjoy panoramic views
Simple snack lunch at summit
01.00 pm Start descend
03.00 pm Meet vehicle and transfer to Malacca
05.30 pm Arrive Malacca and check in to hotel
Rest of day is free to explore Malacca

Day 2 Malacca – SIN (B)
Morning free and easy for own activities
11.00 am Check out and own lunch in Malacca
02.00 pm Return to SIN
04.00 pm Arrive SIN

Special Note (For trekkers):
It is recommended that all trekkers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any high altitude trek. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from trekking to a high altitude.

Hypertension, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (overweight). Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease, which may hamper the trekker.
