3 Days Malaysia Berkelah Falls

Situated 55km from Kuantan (state capital of Pahang, Malaysia), Berkelah is an ideal place for first time trekkers to enjoy the beauty of nature. A relatively easy open terrain trek brings one to the Waterfall area consisting of several falls. The magnificent 50m fall, plunging into the deep pool is an ideal place for swimming or just laze around the rocks. Camp a night or two by the river stream, hear the roar of the falls, watch the starry stars make an unforgettable trip to this falls!

Day 1  Berkelah Falls (BLD)
05.30 am Arrive trailhead and start of trek
08.30 am Arrive campsite. Set camp and breakfast
11.00 am Lunch and trek to main falls
02.00 pm Swimming and relax at main falls
03.00 pm Return trek to campsite
05.00 pm Dinner preparation
06.00 pm Dinner and rest
Day 2  Berkelah – SIN (BL)
07.00 am Breakfast & break camp
09.00 am Return trek to trailhead. Meet vehicle and transfer to
Town for sumptuous lunch
08.00 pm Home sweet home

It is recommended that all trekkers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any high altitude trek. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from trekking to a high altitude.

Hypertension, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (overweight). Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease, which may hamper the trekker.
