10 Days Nepal Community Based Tour

Nuwakot village is 80km from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. It is a 2 hours drive along the winding hills. Nuwakot is a 7-storey palace situated in a hill top with a Bhairabi Temple and some other old palaces. You’ll See Magnificent views of mountains along the journey.

Currently there are 7 villages with 3 linked with the road and only one primary school.

Through trekking and visiting to this villages, the trip provides visitors an opportunity to participants to have fun visiting and exploring this wonderful place with newfound friends, and at the same time do their bits to help the poor children there. This is part of a wholesome experience we hope to encourage amongst travelers.

Day 3 Drive to Ranipauwa and trek Sera O/N Camp (BLD)
Day 4 Nuwakot. O/N Homestay (BLD)
Trek to Nuwakot (2hrs). Explore villages and interact
Day 5 Nuwakot. O/N Homestay (BLD)
Day trek to Chogate
Day 6-8 Sera O/N Camp (BLD)
Back to Sera for community immersion
Day 9 Kathmandu. O/N Hotel (BL)
Trek & drive to Kathmandu
Day 10 Kathmandu – SIN (B)

A deposit of $ 300 is required upon confirmation and the balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the departure date. Non-payment by required date may result in the cancellation of your booking and subjected to cancellation charges.

Special Note (For trekkers):
It is recommended that all trekkers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any high altitude trek.  If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from trekking to a high altitude.
Hypertension, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (overweight). Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease, which may hamper the trekker.
