23-Days NEPAL Round Annapurna Circuit (260,62 KB)
This trek sets out from Besi Sahar - the district headquarters of Lamjung a neighboring district of Gorkha. One can drive to Besi Sahar from Kathmandu by bus or minibus. From Besi Sahar the trek climbing up slowly towards Manang village, Thorong La pass (5416m), Muktinath, the holy place and goes down again to Pokhara valley by passing through the places such as Jomsom, Marpha, Larjung, Kalopani, Tatopani, Ghorepani, and Birethanti.
Within 21 days of trekking, apart from encountering more than half dozen of ethnic groups and being acquainted with their religions, arts, cultures, traditions, the ways of life from very near, you can enjoy the beauty of nature in wilderness simultaneously.

Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and followed by welcome dinner at the typical restaurant Nepalese.
Day 2 Free & easy in Kathmandu.
Day 3 Drive west to Bensisahar 9 hours by private van
Day 4 Bensisahar – Bahundand (1311m) – 6 hours.
Day 5 Bahundand – Chamje (1433m) – 6 hours.
Day 6 Chamje – Dharapani (1943m) – 6 hours.
Day 7 Dharapani – Chame (2713m) – 6 hours.
Day 8 Chame – Pisang (3292m) - 5 hours.
Day 9 Pisang – Manang (3351m) – 4 hours.
Day 10 Rest in Manang, visit Monastery, Khangsar village & acclimatization for high altitude.
Day 11 Manang – Yak Khangsar / Lather (4000m)- 5 hours.
Day 12 Lather- Thorongphedi (4510m)- 3hours,
Day 13 Thorong Phedi – Thorong – La pass (5416m) – Muktinath (3800m)- 9 hours.
Day 14 Muktinath–Kagbeni (2800m)–Jomsom (2726m) 7hrs
Day 15 Marpha – Kalopani, Lete (2438m)- 6 hours.
Day 16 Kalopani – Tatopani (1189m) – 6hours, hot spring.
Day 17 Tatopani – Ghorepain (2855m) – 8 hours.
Day 18 Early in morning ascend Poonhill (3200m) for the Beautiful sunrise views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and
Machhapuchhre ranges After proceed to Tadapani
(2700m) – 6 hours.
Day 19 Tadapani – Ghandruk (1950m) – 2 hours visit ACAP head quarter / Gurung culture museum and rest.
Day 20 Ghandruk – Nayapool 5 hrs, 45 min drive to Pokhara.
Day 21 Drive to Kathmandu (200km / 8hours) by private van.
Day 22 Free and easy in Kathmandu
Day 23 Depart. From hotel and transfer to Airport.

Special Note (For trekkers):
It is recommended that all trekkers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any high altitude trek. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from trekking to a high altitude.
Hypertension, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fits, Obesity (overweight). Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis (Jaundice); or any other disease, which may hamper the trekker.
