Chiang Mai Village Community Trek

“Make a difference.”

To start your experience, ride a bamboo raft through gentle rapids to a forest landscape scattered with traditional thai villages. Over there, your main task would be to assist the villages to embark on a new agricultural community project and teach English at one of the village community schools. You will also get the chance to play with the local children through sports, songs, dance, and games, learn how to cook traditional thai dishes and discover the many interesting stories of the Palong tribe. Depending on the season, you might also be asked to do hands-on activities on a working farm or a tea plantation. When you are not busy helping out in the village, your guides will bring you out on walks across picturesque rice fields, forests, and waterfalls.
