Gunung Lambak

Get a workout at Gunung Lambak – (510m)! From foot of mountain, it’s a level 600m walk before ascending to the summit, another 1000m hike. The total distance covered is 1.6km. Though short, ascend is steep and there are ropes along the way to assist in ascend. The climb is definitely not for the weak-hearted ones.

01 Day Gunung Berlumut Trek

Standing at 1010 meters (3313 ft) above sea level, the mountain is situated at the heart of Gunung Berlumut Recreational Forest a 45-min drive from the town of Kluang. The area captures unique flora and fauna with ideal picnic spot along the river at the foot of the mountain. The trek to summit takes about 4-6 hours for a reasonable fit person and is challenging for its long steep hike. Berlumut literally means mossy & hikers can find lichens & moss at higher altitude.

Gunung Tahan Trek

Gunung Tahan, 2187 metres (7174 ft), is the highest mountain in Peninsular Malaysia. The mountain is situated inside Taman Negara, on the Pahang-Kelantan border. Coping with the trek depends on your fitness – both physical and mental, the choice of suitable equipment and the load you carry on your back. The weight you can carry depends on your age, fitness and body weight.
