One of the proven highly praised and spectacular trekking route in the Annapurna region
Date: 12 – 27 May, 06 – 21 Oct 2018
Our program offers unique opportunities for interested individuals, groups, schools and for a contribution to the Nepalese society, at the same time, experiencing the rich culture and difference aspect of urban and rural life in Nepal. No previous experience is needed!
The trek takes you to some high mountain ridges at 3,800m and then 4,800m altitude where the views to the many peaks of the Annapurna Massif and the mighty Mount Dhaulagiri (8,167m) will leave you spell-bound. This is truly one of the best off-the-beaten-path treks in Nepal.
The trek is the perfect alternative choice of the overcrowded Ghorepani – Poonhill Trekking. Trekking to Mohare Danda is famous for village tourism and the trekkers will have chance to stay with the family of the local homes.
This trek is a homestay program offering the trekker a unique experience in typical settlements in the Annapurna region. This route passes by mainly Gurung settlements nestled amidst mountains, rivers, streams, waterfalls and green forests.
Staying in the homestay will be the best opportunity to learn about Nepalese culture. We offer homestay program in Kathmandu city, Nuwakot (Kathmandu Valley – 2 hours from Kathmandu) and Annapurna Region.
This trip will focus on providing education and interaction with the local children.
