We may have to modify the indicated itinerary: either at the level of the organization (problem of overload of the accommodations, duplication of the groups, modification of the state of the ground, landslides, degraded trails, etc.), or directly because of the guide (weather, group level, etc.). Abashiri: Where Your Frozen Fairytale Comes True!
11:00 AM – Memanbetsu Airport: Ice, Ice, Baby! ❄️✈️
We’re kicking things off at the Okhotsk Ryu-hyo Museum, where you’ll experience the magic of drift ice and the creatures that call it home! Get ready for stunning views, cool exhibits (literally!), and a chance to meet the adorable “Ice Angels”! 🧊✨
Lunch with a view: Enjoy delicious food and breathtaking scenery at TRATTORIA Dolce.Acqua. (Don’t miss the “drift ice” soft serve!) 🍽️🍦
Afternoon Adventure: Hop on an icebreaker ship and witness the power of nature as it carves through the frozen sea! 🚢 Then, dive into the underwater world (without getting wet!) at the undersea observatory. 🐠🔭

Abashiri: Where the Land Gets Lost in a Sea of White!
Gear up for a frosty adventure! ❄️💪 Start with a hearty breakfast at Abashiriko-so Hotel, then hop on a fat-tire bike and zoom across the snowy plains! 🚴♀️💨
Next, try your luck at ice fishing on a frozen lake! 🎣🐠 (Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the gear.) And yes, you can even get your catch fried up on the spot! 😋
Need some extra winter gear? We’ll swing by the Montbell store in Okhotsk Koshimizu. 🧥🧤
Prepare to be wowed by the stunning Oshinkoshin Waterfalls, a winter wonderland of icy cliffs and snowy landscapes. ❄️🌊 (Don’t forget your camera!) 📸
After a day of snowy fun, indulge in a delicious buffet dinner at the luxurious KIKI Shiretoko Nature Resort. 🍽️ Then, soak your cares away in their relaxing onsen (hot spring) and enjoy sweet dreams
Day 3
Ice, Ice, Baby! Where the World Turns into a Frozen Fantasy!
Fuel up for adventure! 🍽️ Start your day with a delicious breakfast at KIKI Shiretoko Nature Resort, then get ready for an epic choice:
Choose Your Own Adventure: Will you explore the Shiretoko forests on snowshoes, discovering hidden wildlife trails and soaking in the peaceful winter vibes? ❄️🌲 Or will you embark on a limited-access hike through the Shiretoko Five Lakes, experiencing the serene beauty of frozen lakes and snow-covered forests? ❄️🏞️ (Don’t forget to dress warm!)
Lunchtime at own cost! Slurp down some Michelin-recommended ramen at Nami Shibuki, located right on the coast of the Shiretoko Peninsula! 🍜🌊 (The name means “sea spray” – how cool is that?!)
Recharge and Learn: Next, we’ll visit the Shiretoko World Heritage Center to learn about the peninsula’s unique ecosystem and its amazing wildlife (think bears, foxes, and deer!). Plus, you can grab some cool souvenirs! 🐻🦊🦌

Hokkaido’s Hidden Winter Wonderland: Dance with the Cranes and Explore Three Epic Lakes!

Lake Hopping: Get ready to explore three stunning lakes: Lake Akan with its “frost flowers”, Lake Kussharo with its swan-filled hot springs, and the incredibly blue Lake Mashu. ❄️🌸🦢💙
Crane Spotting: Keep your cameras ready for some amazing photo ops at Tsurumidai and Otowa Bridge! 📸✨We’ll try our best to spot some majestic red-crowned cranes, but remember, they’re wild and free! 🦢🤞
Brewery Pit Stop: If time allows, we’ll grab a drink at Brasserie Knot, a cool craft brewery in a former schoolhouse. 🍻🏫

Around noon, we’ll head to the airport for our flight home, arriving at Kushiro Airport around 3:00 PM. Time to say “sayonara” to Hokkaido (for now!), but don’t worry, the memories will last forever! 👋😢✨

If we don’t hit that number 60 days before departure, you can jump ship (with a full refund!) or upgrade to a VIP private tour. 😎 Just remember, we can’t cover any extra costs like flights, so plan wisely!
