• At least 8 years old (and if you’re not quite there yet, a grown-up needs to sign off on the adventure!)
• Ready to hit the slopes! Make sure you’re in tip-top shape with no injuries that would keep you from skiing like a pro (or at least trying your best!).
• Let us know if you have any special needs. If you have asthma, epilepsy, or any other condition, just give us a heads up so we can make sure you have an awesome and safe time.

Itinerary

We may have to modify the indicated itinerary: either at the level of the organization (problem of overload of the accommodations, duplication of the groups, modification of the state of the ground, landslides, degraded trails, etc.), or directly because of the guide (weather, group level, etc.). DAY 1 Bergen

Your Norwegian adventure kicks off in the enchanting city of Bergen! Wander through its cobblestone streets, lose yourself in colorful markets, and soak up the historic charm. And after a day of exploring, snuggle up and recharge for the excitement ahead.

DAY 2 Voss

Get ready for an epic snowshoe adventure! We’re taking a quick train ride to Voss (choo choo!), strapping on our snowshoes, and hitting the trails! Think snowy landscapes, fresh mountain air, and maybe even a snowball fight or two (just kidding… maybe!). This guided tour is perfect for all levels, so whether you’re a snowshoe pro or a total newbie, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. Let’s go! ❄️😄

DAY 3 Voss Resort

Calling all powder hounds! Day three is your chance to shred some serious gnar at Voss Resort! ⛷️💨 Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newbie just finding your ski legs, Voss has the perfect slopes for you. Get ready for epic views, fresh mountain air, and that exhilarating feeling of gliding through the snow. Oh, and did we mention we’ve got you covered with top-notch equipment? DAY 4 Voss Resort – Tromsø

Get ready to chase the Northern Lights! ✨ We’re whisking you away to Tromsø, the “Gateway to the Aurora,” for a magical adventure. Hop on a comfy flight from Bergen, and prepare to be spellbound by the dancing colors of the Aurora Borealis. This is a sight that’ll have you saying “ooh” and “ahh” all night long!

DAY 5 Tromsø

Ahoy, matey! It’s time to set sail on a fjord adventure! 🚢 But this ain’t no ordinary cruise. We’re talking stunning scenery, delicious food cooked right onboard, and a front-row seat to the Northern Lights show as the grand finale. Get your cameras ready, because this is a day you’ll want to capture forever.

DAY 6 Tromsø

Mush! Day 6 is all about unleashing your inner musher! Get ready to race through snowy landscapes with a team of adorable (and super strong!) huskies. Feel the Arctic wind in your hair as you explore the wilderness, then trade those sleds for snowshoes as we hunt for the magical Northern Lights! DAY 7 Depart Tromsø

Nooo, it’s time to say goodbye already?! 😭 We’ll make sure you get to the airport safely and comfortably, but we’re definitely going to miss having you on this adventure. Don’t be a stranger, and come back to visit us soon!

GETTING THERE

Ready to hit the road? The easiest way to fly including KLM, Delta, SAS, Norwegian Air, Iceland Air, and Qatar Airways. 

In case of unforeseen circumstances
In the event of a last minute delay, please notify your guide by telephone and/or the agency. We will meet you at a specific time at the hotel.

CONFIRMATION NOTICE
You will receive about one week before your departure, a confirmation notice specifying the time and place of the appointment, the name and contact information of the guide and the address of the first accommodation.

Extend your stay
You can extend your trip before or after the trip on request.

Cancellation Terms

Your adventure, your way, guaranteed! Life is unpredictable, but your travel plans don’t have to be. With our Lifetime Guarantee, your deposit is like a golden ticket to adventure, ready to be used whenever you are. Reschedule, transfer, or gift it – the choice is yours!

Just give us  61 days’ notice!

• What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel at least 61 days before your trip, you can use your deposit for another adventure! But if it’s within 60 days, your payment won’t be refundable. (See our cancellation terms for all the details.)

Upon cancellation, the guest shall be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of cost and expenses incurred by X-Trekkers and/or its partners. This is expressed as a percentage of the total price and is calculated as indicated in Table below. All administration fees, taxes, charges or levies imposed shall be borne by the guest.

• Should I get travel insurance?

Totally! It’s always a good idea to protect your trip investment, especially for those unexpected situations.

• Can I give my spot to a friend?

Absolutely! You can transfer your deposit to someone else once for free. If you want to do it again, there’s a small fee of SGD 600.
