Sg Lembing (Sungai, Malay for river), a small township about 40 km from Kuantan on the east coast of Malaysia. is a small mining township that developed some two hundred years ago. Apart from its historical attraction, the area offers some exciting outdoor opportunity. The more adventurous will find some challenging off-road trails that lead into virgin forests, mountains and waterfalls. The view atop the Panorama Hill behind the school at Sg Lembing is extremely beautiful and not to forget the many local delicacies in the town!

A deposit of S$ 100 per person is required upon confirmation and the balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the departure date. Non-payment by required date may result in the cancellation of your booking and subjected to cancellation charges.

Rainbow Falls is a beautiful place. But the weekend crowd makes the adventure less enjoyable. In hindsight, I would have enjoyed the trek more if I come on a quiet week day.
Fun.
Slippery rock surface dangerous and quite tough on the knees. X-trekkers would score points if they offer the option of trekking sticks.
Briefing notes were good.
The best has to be the chilling out session at the tea house.
Least Enjoyed Moment:Â Bumpy ride to the Rainbow Waterfall trailhead.
Trip was great from start till end. Drive was very comfortable and so was the accomodation. All the activities were full of fun.
Rainbow waterfall was easy and pleasant, but a bit tiring. One must catch enough sleep for the panorama hill next day, else it becomes a little tougher.
Best moment:Â Watching the rainbow in the rainbow falls.
