This is a panoramic flower garden where you can leap into the grand nature of Hokkaido throughout the year. Shikisai-no-Oka is in Biei, a scenic town on a hill. Here, a 7-hectare hill is carpeted with flowers from April to October. You can enjoy colors and fragrance of several dozen different flowers such as tulip, lupine, lavender, salvia, sunflower, dahlia and Japanese anemone according to the season.
