It is a long-standing Sushi restaurant that opened in 1971. The owner is the first Sushi chef in Hokkaido who has been awarded the Contemporary Master Craftsman award and Medal with Yellow Ribbon by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. He also went abroad to expand the Japanese Sushi culture and taught local chefs how to make Sushi. Under the gentle and relaxed atmosphere, guests could enjoy seasonal delicacies and the perfect balance of rice and fresh seafood.
