This trek in the Annapurna sanctuary in Nepal is one of the world’s finest treks, taking us through scenic villages, rich oak, bamboo and rhododendron forests and is a great introduction to the joys of high altitude trekking.
This is one of Nepal’s most famous treks, set amongst breathtaking high mountain scenery. Crossing three spectacular high passes between 5,330m and 5,535m makes this trek both challenging and rewarding. The Everest region is certainly the world’s finest high mountain zone. Magnificent landscapes, imposing and prestigious peaks, tapering ridges and colourful villages contribute to turning this trek into an unforgettable experience. The route takes you through the high Khumbu Mountains – Sherpa country – before arriving at the foot of Everest.
