Day 2 : Pole Pole – Samurai Silk – Winery lunch at Pino Collina Farm Garden & Winery (advance booking required) – Hagurosan Shrine 2000 steps hike – Enjoy hotspring in Kushibiki Onsen Yuu Town – Dinner Shabu Shabu Pole Pole (B/L/D)

Day 3 : Sake Brewery – Soba Lunch at Meiyu-an (advance booking required) – Ginzan Onsen Mine Cave Trek – Kurgoten Onsen – Yamagata Beef Dinner Set (B/L/D)

Day 4 : Mt Gassan Hike – Bento lunch at summit – Gassan Onsen – Dinner Sushi (B/L/D)
